Stripe Three & You're Out

$14
THE STORY

These familiar stripes carry a long fashion history, initially helming negative symbolism in many Western cultures, with associations to prisoners and criminals. This was shrewdly re-defined by Queen Victoria, who dressed her son in a striped sailor suit, which saw an evolvement of stripes being associated with the marine life and swimmers. Age-old fashionistas like Coco Chanel then caught on the trend and started incorporating navy stripes into her clothing.

Condition Assessment & Pricing

We understand that secondhand clothing may come with some wear and tear. To ensure transparency, we have meticulously assessed each piece of clothing for these 7 signs:

  1. Fading
  2. Stretch
  3. Stains
  4. Snagged threads
  5. Holes
  6. Lint balls
  7. Wonky zip

The clothing will then be priced according to the condition that it is in, along with other factors such as its brand.

What is "Stated Size"?

Good question! The second-hand clothing listed on The Kint Story all come from different brands, that all have their own sizing charts. So for those pieces of clothing that have a sizing label attached, that will be the "Stated Size".

However, there are many pieces of clothing that do not come with a sizing label attached. Hence we have measured each one of them and recorded them under "Measurements".

If you're not sure about your measurements, you may refer to this chart below to roughly gauge. We do STRONGLY suggest you take your own specific body measurements for greater accuracy.

Lastly, should you require any extra measurements please email us at hello@thekintstory.com for assistance.
